Notice of Application to revise 173 South Subdivision to vacate and re-plat Tracts 6C & 6D, Medina County, Texas.
As required by Texas Statutes, Local Government Code Sec. 232.009, notice is given that the Commissioners Court of Medina County will meet on January 26, 2026 at 9:00 am to consider an application filed by Janet Luce, owner of Tract 6C, and Stephen & Bonnie Highsmith, owner of Tract 6D 173 South Trust Subdivision. The plat being sought to be revised is in Cabinet 3, Slide 950 of the Plat Records of Medina County, Texas.
At the meeting, the court will hear any protest to the proposed revision of the plat. The proposed revision re-plats Tracts 6C & 6D and re-subdividing into Tracts 6E & 6F.
The meeting will be held on the following date and time at the following location:
Monday, January 26, 2026, at 9:00 am, Medina County Courthouse Annex, 1300 Avenue M, Room 165, Hondo, Texas, 78861.
Anyone interested in the proposed revision is encouraged to attend the meeting and address the Commissioners Court.
