Medina County Court at Law requires that you provide a Final Decree of Divorce prepared by a licensed attorney or using the most current form from Texaslawhelp.org website.
** Litigants or Attorneys must notify the Court 72 hours prior to your hearing if you need a translator.
*** The County Court at Law does NOT accept affidavits to prove up a divorce. Please call the Court to get a setting.
